We also offer a personal on site viewing session two - three days after your session. You can reserve this time at the time of your booking for no additional cost. Otherwise your images will be ready for viewing 2 - 3 weeks after the session.

SESSION DETAILS (WHAT TO EXPECT)

Once booked, Ashley is available for unlimited phone or in person consultation before and after your session and any helpful “island” suggestions you may like to make your visit to the Virgin Islands more memorable.

If you have any questions about WHAT TO WEAR, I would be more than happy to discuss with what’s the best clothing options for you and your family.

LOCATION

At this time, all session are done on-location, whether it is in the comfort of your own home or at a fun location of your choice.

BOOKING FEE:

Upon booking your session appointment you will be asked to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your session date. This deposit will be applied to your total session fee. Although the session deposit is non-refundable, one rescheduled session is permitted in the event of illness or bad weather. The remainder of your session fee is due in full on the day of your session. Master Card, Visa, checks and cash are accepted.

PRODUCTS

Ashley Photography only uses professional companies who specialize in their products. This gives you the opportunity to order professional products which are not offered to the public.

PROMOTIONS

Professional Products are 30% off any original priced a la carte ordered prior to your session or studio presentation (week of session). Selected products are 15% off the first week the images are online (images are posted 3 weeks after the session). Discounts not valid with any other offer.

No sales tax on any print order or services.

IMAGES

All images are photographed in color to have the flexibility to change any image to black / white and sepia or other special effects. Our Professional Gallery allows you to view these changes before ordering them, including borders.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the session has to be canceled due to bad weather, I will notify the booking client and will reschedule for a later time or date if available. For weekly visitors on island, if the time and date does not work for both parties, I will refund the deposit. I suggest that you book your session towards the beginning of the trip to allow for flexibility and to take advantage of the viewing session.
